Good to know
This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The half bathroom is on the first floor with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Both second floor bedrooms are ensuite (bathrooms inside the bedrooms). The second floor master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed. The third floor loft bedroom looks out to a small patio and has four full-size bunk beds (sleeps eight people). This bedroom does not have a door (as it is a loft-style bedroom). Due to recent capital improvements, the third floor loft now has its own dedicated central heating/cooling system that can be set to the guests' desired temperature with a remote control. It is an upgraded and speedy system. This ensures optimal comfort for your sleepovers and movie nights! The house can accommodate 12 people. The price is based on the number of guests, assuming two people per bed. In other words, we say we can accommodate 12 people because we have six beds (1 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Double Beds). If you need us to provide air mattresses, please let us know. Please note: if you book for 4 people, we will assume that you are using two beds (2 people per bed). Send us a note when booking if you need a different arrangement. In order for all beds to be made (in case you wish to have a movie night sleepover), book for twelve people or send us a note when booking so that we know. Please remember the half bathroom is on the first floor and the two full baths are inside the two second floor bedrooms. Please make sure this arrangement works for your group. The sofa in the living room also provides additional space for lounging and all those daytime naps. Each bedroom has a TV as well as the main TV in the living room.
Other Details to Note
This house has four flights of steps. One flight leads from the garage to the first floor (or the alternate way to enter: the steps from the front of the house to the first floor), the flight of steps from the first floor to the second floor which has the two en-suite bathrooms, and finally the flight of steps from the second floor to the third floor loft bedroom. There are no first floor bedrooms, though we can set up an air mattress on first floor, if requested.

Neighborhood
From bettslongworth.org: "The Betts-Longworth Historic District boundaries and conservation guidelines were adopted by the Cincinnati City Council on May 26, 1982. The majority of the district’s historic buildings and residences date from the late 19th century. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its Federal, Italianate and Queen Anne architecture. It's especially recognized for its Italianate style of architecture, which became popular at the time of the Civil War. There are also exemplary examples of the Greek Revival architectural style. The district is home to The Betts House, the oldest brick home in Ohio (1804), and Chestnut Street Cemetery the oldest Jewish cemetery west of Pennsylvania (1821). Please enjoy/support the work of the Betts-Longworth Historic District Group, a registered Ohio non-profit organization that manages property, parking lots, a community garden and orchard, education programs, community outreach, beautification, and business development within the historic district’s boundaries.
